Baodianma (爆店码) is a restaurant QR marketing product hosted at https://baodian.xinxi.es. It is operated under España Info Port (西班牙信息港, https://www.xinxi.es).

爆店码是面向西班牙餐厅的扫码营销工具，由西班牙信息港运营，站点为 https://baodian.xinxi.es。

2. Information we collect2. 我们收集的信息

Merchant accounts: name, email, password (hashed), store profiles and page configuration.
Customer H5 usage: store page visits, share/publish actions, basic device and log data (IP, browser/user-agent) for security and reliability.
Content configured by merchants: media URLs, captions, links (e.g. Google Place, WhatsApp), Wi‑Fi details if provided.
TikTok integration: when a user connects TikTok, we receive OAuth tokens and related account identifiers needed to upload/publish video via TikTok APIs, only with the user’s authorization.

包括商家账号与门店配置、顾客落地页访问与分享日志、商家配置的素材/文案/链接，以及用户授权后用于 TikTok 发布所需的令牌与标识信息。

3. How we use information3. 使用目的

We use this information to provide the QR landing pages, merchant dashboard, media share flows, TikTok Login Kit / Content Posting features, customer support, security, and product improvement. We do not sell personal information.

用于提供扫码落地页、商家后台、分享/发布流程、TikTok 授权与发帖、客服与安全保障。我们不会出售个人信息。

4. Sharing4. 共享

We may share data with service providers needed to run the product (hosting, email) and with TikTok when you authorize posting. We may also disclose information if required by law. Third parties process data under their own policies.

可能与托管/邮件等必要服务商共享；在您授权后与 TikTok 共享发布所需数据；依法配合监管要求除外。

5. Retention and security5. 保留与安全

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. After account deletion we delete or anonymize identifiable data where feasible. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

Depending on applicable law (including GDPR in the EU/EEA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and withdraw TikTok authorization via TikTok or by contacting us. Merchants may update or delete store data in the dashboard.

在适用法律（含欧盟 GDPR）下，您可请求查阅、更正、删除或导出个人数据，并可撤回 TikTok 授权。商家可在后台更新或删除门店配置。

7. Children7. 儿童

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

本服务面向成年人，不会故意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。
