Baodianma (爆店码) provides restaurant QR marketing pages and related tools (merchant dashboard, customer H5 modules, share/publish helpers including TikTok integration). By using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The product is operated under España Info Port (西班牙信息港).

爆店码提供餐厅扫码营销落地页及相关工具（商家后台、顾客 H5、分享/发布含 TikTok 集成）。使用即表示同意本条款与隐私政策。本产品由西班牙信息港运营。

Merchants must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.

商家须提供真实注册信息并妥善保管账号。您对账号下的行为负责；我们可暂停违规或滥用账号。

Merchants are responsible for media, captions, links, and promotions they configure. Content must comply with applicable law and third-party platform rules (including TikTok). Customers who authorize TikTok publishing are responsible for confirming what is posted to their accounts.

商家对其配置的素材、文案、链接与活动负责，并须遵守法律及第三方平台规则（含 TikTok）。顾客授权发布后，须自行确认发布到其账号的内容。

Features may rely on third parties (TikTok, Google, WhatsApp, hosting providers). Their availability and policies are outside our control. OAuth and publishing require the user’s consent on those platforms.

部分功能依赖 TikTok、Google、WhatsApp、托管等第三方；其可用性与政策不由我们控制。授权与发布需用户在对应平台同意。

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party posting will always succeed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

服务按「现状」提供。我们不保证始终可用或第三方发布必然成功。在法律允许范围内，不对间接损失承担责任。
